The company is initially very responsive but it often takes a VERY long period of time to actually get a workman in to fix things. It seems this is because you require multiple estimates before you actually allow the work to be done. Perhaps negotiating contracts with certain vendors for fair prices you could call without hesitation would move things along more quickly
