Overall, I found CPM staff and the onsite manager in Swarthmore Condo extremely professional, kind, engaged and helpful. They seem to have everything under control at all times. I do recommend CPM and this apartment, especially due to its proximity to the Potomac Walking Path, the Mall and Georgetown, it is affordable and right in the middle of Foggy Bottom - fabulous location! Thank you for everything.

Fix was quick and seems to have held (it was some sort of clogged drain in HVAC unit). Response time was reasonable but we didn’t know what was going on for several days while nothing happened and no news on the website. Communication could have been better but no big deal. I’m a renter, but if I’m an owner I’d want any problem involving a water leak to be addressed ASAP.

We do train our staff to ensure that we keep our residents in the loop as to progress and what is happening with their maintenance requests. It was strange to be handed over to a new property management company with no notice from the landlord, and no contact from the previous property manager. However, Teasa and Scott handled my unit - and various problems in it - with professionalism and care. I am grateful for their friendliness and ability to be reached quickly at various times.
