Why refer to CPM?

We are the rental experts. It is all we do. Use us as a resource for your rental questions. Use us to complement your real estate sales expertise to provide a seamless quality service for your client. 

Refer your client to Columbia Property Management for questions about being a landlord, concerns about prospective rental properties, or a general sense of the local rental market.

DO Refer:

  • Single-family homes or individual condo units
  • Investors with portfolios
  • Buildings with up to four-units
  • Rentals with a voucher tenant (HCVP)
  • Contact CPM at hello@columbiapm.com or 888-857-6594, ext 2 for new referrals
  • Get CPM involved as soon as you know client needs management

DO NOT Refer:

  • Condo associations or HOAs
  • Buildings with more than 4 rental units
  • Rentals outside the Beltway except for Rockville area
  • Rentals under $1800

I hired Columbia property management to clean up a messy situation that a former property management company had left. Scott Bloom and his team stepped in and seamlessly took over the management of the house, handled cleanup and repairs, and the existing tenants with ease. I never have a moments worry with this team handling my property. They communicate well and keep me informed and up-to-date with property issues. We work together to review tenant applications so that I am aware. I feel that I am always part of the decision making team and they always supply solid advice if and when issues arise to deal with. Their property owner portal is easy to use. Everything is organized, clearly laid out, and the reports I need are easy to find. Susie Smith, my financial manager, is always a solid presence.
