Why refer to CPM?

We are the rental experts. It is all we do. Use us as a resource for your rental questions. Use us to complement your real estate sales expertise to provide a seamless quality service for your client. 

Refer your client to Columbia Property Management for questions about being a landlord, concerns about prospective rental properties, or a general sense of the local rental market.

DO Refer:

  • Single-family homes or individual condo units
  • Investors with portfolios
  • Buildings with up to four-units
  • Rentals with a voucher tenant (HCVP)
  • Contact CPM at hello@columbiapm.com or 888-857-6594, ext 2 for new referrals
  • Get CPM involved as soon as you know client needs management

DO NOT Refer:

  • Condo associations or HOAs
  • Buildings with more than 4 rental units
  • Rentals outside the Beltway except for Rockville area
  • Rentals under $1800
