- Single-family homes or individual condo units
- Investors with portfolios
- Buildings with up to four-units
- Rentals with a voucher tenant (HCVP)
- Contact CPM at hello@columbiapm.com or 888-857-6594, ext 2 for new referrals
- Get CPM involved as soon as you know client needs management
DO NOT Refer:
- Condo associations or HOAs
- Buildings with more than 4 rental units
- Rentals outside the Beltway except for Rockville area
- Rentals under $1800
