New Maintenance Platform

We are excited to announce an upgrade to our maintenance experience. During the month of April, we are rolling out a new repair request process, new repair team and a new platform to report and to stay in the know about maintenance issues.


Effective immediately, our maintenance team is accepting telephone calls for all emergency AND non-emergency maintenance requests 24 hours a day. Simply call our office number, 888-857-6594, and choose option 1 to be connected to our maintenance department. You no longer need to dial the old emergency line.


Our new maintenance system permits our residents to submit maintenance requests, select repair appointment times that work for them, dynamically confirm appointment times via text message and communicate to management and repair personnel through the software rather than saving a bunch of numbers in a cell phone.


After the maintenance service is provided, we will be requesting to provide feedback which will go into a rating system for that maintenance technician and company.  The feedback will assist CPM to identify areas for improvement and send more work of the work to companies who are doing a great job for us.
